Return Process

  Log into your PLRHOW account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original, unworn garments with all designer tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
